Q. How do I join the Miele for Life programme? 

Please register here to join Miele for Life. Alternatively you can join at any Miele Experience Centre or your nearest Miele Retailer when making a purchase.

Q. How do I update my password? 

Once you have signed into the Miele for Life website, go to the My Profile tab in the menu and select the Change Password option. 

Q. How do I update my details? 

As a member who has previously accessed the website your details are saved in the profile section. Click on the My Profile tab and you can amend any of your details including address and product interests.

Q. Can I purchase appliances on the Miele for Life website? 

Not currently. You can however purchase online at our Miele Shop click here. 

Q. Can I use the Miele for Life  codes online? 

Yes log into the Miele for Life website to find the offer code you wish to redeem and then click through to the online shop link and apply the offer code. Alternatively, you can go directly to the Miele Shop. 

Q. Website pages not appearing correctly? 

If you are experiencing problems with pages not appearing correctly, please try an alternative browser such as Safari, Chrome, Opera, Firefox and Microsoft Edge. 

Please note, Microsoft no longer supports Internet Explorer and as such you may encounter replication problems if using this application on this site and potentially other websites.
